March London trip

Sorry people for the lack of bloggies lately...
I'm still alive and kicking...so STOP looking at the Obituary section in the newspaper =)

It's been a busy and hectic month, with the preparation of our ROM (Registry of Marriage) which, Btw is already over~
In fact, Tom's parents, Gunnar and Lucyna paid us a surprise visit by attending our ROM on the 18th Mar. It's their first time to Singapore (Yesh, Tom been living in Singapore for the past 9years!!) and the reason why they finally decided to visit tiny little red dot on the world map is obviously to visit their daughter-in-law aka ME!!!
(alright, that's not quite the reason but im sticking to it...Hee)

Anyway, moi will blog about the 18th Mar ROM and Tom's parents visit in separates blog entries

Moving on, did a London trip just before the ROM...Met up with my best fren's hubby, Ken. He brought moi to this Japanese restaurant and i absolutely love it!!
(it's help that his friend works there so we get special privilages...hehe)

The place is call Hare & Tortoise...ya ya, it's a pretty interesting name! Everyone knows the hare & tortoise story...
"Long long time ago in the animal world, there was an annual animal race.... blah blah blah.....blah blah blah"
This is moi with my favourite sashimi salmon
I was super super happy
This was a tuna dish..im not reallly a big fan of sashimi tuna but this was just fantastic!!
The outer layer is cooked but the center remains raw... It literally melts in the mouth~The seafood udon soup
and last but not least, Japanese style Chicken cutlet curry that comes in a really big portionIt was so much better than the famous duckie rice restaurant
I can't wait to go back there again!!
*droolz*

And can someone tell moi "how did the tortosie win the race?!?!"

not AGAIN!!!!

I cant believe i'm gonna cut up my credit card..... AGAIN!!!
-_-

Darn~
The BANK called yesterday and informed moi that my credit card details had been compromised whilst using it overseas.

Seriously, how dodgy is that?
Meaning now moi have to think twice before i pay with my credit card?

The reason why people apply for credit card is pretty obvious:
They don't wanna carry too much cash around. Especially when the person is overseas.

That's what i do. I usually just bring enough money to buy food and some misc stuff. The rest of my shopping will be charge on credit card. But after that phone card from the BANK, my mind just go like "Darn~ i don't think i wanna use my credit card overseas anymore!"

And the thing is: Most of the shops that moi used my credit card are like large reputable shops. Not those sleazy lil shops. It's really hard for me to imagine these reputable shops doing something like that.

feeling so distrustful of everything ard me now... Sighz..
BTW, Did i mention that the BANK told moi this thingy is pretty common and there's actually nothing to worry about?
Oh Geezzz~
