Maldives honeymoon.. Part 1

The long awaited post... Hee~

Waiting for the boat to send us to our resort.

Due to the timing of the flight, we only arrive in Maldives at close to 9pm (Maldives GMT +5). It's kinda irritating because you effectively lose the whole day and you still have to pay for a full day stay at the resort. We were initially thinking of getting the airport hotel for the night and checking in at the beach resort the next day just to save some money. But since it's our Honeymoon, we decided to "heck with it" and just check straight into our resort.

The bedroom located on the upper floor. Our only complaint: There's no toilet on the upper floor and if you really need to use the restroom, you have to go down the spiral stairway (which is quite slippery btw), make your way across the living area before reaching the restroom.

Kinda a hassle really. Especially in the middle of the night, still groggy from the sleep.

And there you have it, Our very own personal Jacuzzi!! We have to pay quite abit extra just to have that Jacuzzi. Which is why Tom says he wants to soak himself in it EVERY NIGHT!!

The next day

Woke up to a beautiful and sunny morning!! Asked a passerby to help take a picture of us with our hut.

Not sure if you can see, but moi put like tons and tons of sunblock over my whole body and face.. Like SPF50 or something whereas Tom uses like just SPF 25 sunblock.

The funny thing is at the end of the day: Moi becomes super tanned and Tom is like burnt and red like a lobster!!

BTW!!! I just passed my final theory driving test!! Yaay!!! *jumping around in ecstasy*
Just a couple more lessons and i'll be taking my practical driving test soon~

Spring in Frankfurt!

It's a beautiful and sunny day in Frankfurt!! That's the great thing about getting a room on the really high floor.. Superb view!!

Went to the hotel lounge for a drink and happened to see Shannon there as well!!
I MISS HER!!

She is this super drama queen and moi love her so much!! She actually wanted moi to tagged Elizabeth (another of our close friend) as the green cactus beer thingy in Facebook just so eliz will go look at these pictures.

To Elizabeth: It's such a coincidence! We have Shannon and moi, ur two close friends..as well as Miza, your room mate having a drink together in Frankfurt. Don't be jealous babe!!
We "really really" miss you in Frankfurt :p

Went groceries shopping and the hotel mini bar is packed fully with sausages, cheese and yogurt! Moi scared myself sometimes with the amount of stuff i buy.

Dinner was Pizza again!! This time it's half Hawaiian and half salmon, topped with rocket leaves

and dessert was strawberries cake

Just realise moi going to Frankfurt next month..HAHA! This time, it's all the way up to New York as well!! woo hoo~
