Just came back from Raffles Clinic...moi went to get my 3rd and last jab of Hepatitis A & B. If not for Tom's constant nagging, i would not have done this. Ya, i noe..should have gotten it done years ago, especially when i love to eat seafood (oysters, mussles, clams, cockles and CRABS!!!)
Ouchie! i hate to take jabs!! Thank god it's the last one! HAHAHA
I just found out that Oct is Breast cancer awareness month! Just contribute S$2 or more and you get this pink ribbon pin (from participating stores)!
So remember hor, if you are20-39years old : Monthly breast self examination
40-49years old : Monthly breast self examination, annual clinical breast examination by healthcare professional, mammogram once a year
